Tasting note: Classic ruby. Quite aromatically expansive for young Rugiens with a purity of pinot fruit that is quite spectacular, giving way to edgy, powerful, ultra intense yet exquisitely detailed and perfectly balanced flavors that deliver stunning length. This is an elegant Rugiens of extraordinarily good substance and real style. A great effort.
